Yes, we ship worldwide. Currently, we deliver to over 50 countries.
Free shipping is available for orders over €75.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed on average within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery usually takes around 4 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
All orders come with tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship to my country?
If you are able to complete your checkout, we can deliver to your country.
Countries we do not ship to are automatically restricted at checkout.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the shipping method. In most cases, the cost is €3.95 for orders under €75. The exact amount will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in real time. Alternatively, you can enter your tracking code on our Tracking Page to check the status of your order.
What if my order is delayed?
Delays may happen due to factors outside Velour Club’s control, especially during busy periods like Christmas, Black Friday, or other peak seasons. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, please contact our support team - we’re here to help.

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility — except in cases of damaged or faulty items.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, size exchanges are possible depending on stock availability.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

How do I choose the right size?
Our clothes are based on standard sizing, and most products come with a detailed size chart. We recommend choosing one size up for a more comfortable fit, as our items are tailored to the body.
Our shoes and loafers are true to size, but loafers fit snugly due to their design. If you're unsure, choose one size up to avoid them being too tight. For half sizes, we suggest going up half a size for a better fit.
To find your perfect size, check the foot length in CM / INCHES on the size chart. These measurements are 100% accurate for our shoes.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
We recommend checking back later as our stock is regularly updated. If the item remains out of stock, feel free to contact us at support@velourclub.com. We’re here to assist you with any needs.

We offer a wide range of products, and to ensure we can provide competitive pricing, we source our fabrics and materials from various global markets, as different regions may offer more affordable options for specific fabrics.
